How to take Ravintsara Pearls Bio?

It is recommended to take with a little water.

• From 12 to 18 years: 1 pearl at the beginning or during meals, 1 to 3 times a day.
• From 18 years: 1 to 2 pearls at the beginning or during meals, maximum 5 pearls per day.
