How to take Vitamin D3k2?

It is recommended in Shock dose:
4,000 IU (5 drops) a day for 10 weeks.
At doses> 4,000 IU per day of vitamin D, supplements should add vitamin K2 (20 µg for every 800 IU of vitamin D3) for best results.

Maintenance dose:
Adults and children> 1 year: 800 IU (1 drop) per day.
Children <1 year: 800 IU (1 drop) every 2 days.

Precautions

Consider the body’s own inflammation processes and also the body’s synthesis of vitamin D with sun exposure. Serum vitamin D levels should be reassessed 10 weeks after starting supplementation. Depending on whether the levels are too high or too low, the dosage can be adapted.
