How to take Grintuss adult kit?

It is recommended to take Grintuss 10 ml (2 teaspoons) two to four times a day, with the last administration before going to bed.

Take Golamir 2Act 1 tablet 3-4 times a day allowing it to dissolve slowly in the mouth.
