High-fibre instant drink with inulin/oligofructose and chamomile Inulin and oligofructose are carbohydrates that humans cannot digest. In the intestine, they serve as food for important lactic acid bacteria, such as lactobacilli and bifidobacteria.

It does not contain lactose or gluten. It does not contain flavourings, colourings or preservatives.

How to take Markofruct?

Adults and children aged 11 years and over: dissolve the contents of 1 or 2 sachets in a sufficient quantity of warm water in the morning before breakfast and in the evening after the last meal. Children aged 3-10 years are recommended to take the contents of one sachet a maximum of 2 times a day, and children aged 1-2 years are recommended to take the contents of one sachet once a day, dissolved in a sufficient quantity of warm water.
