How to take Frenodiar sro intestinal comfort?

It is recommended to take one stick of Frenodiar ORS three times a day. It should preferably be taken half an hour to one hour before breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Dissolve all contents in half a glass of water (200 ml) and shake until completely dissolved.
