How to take Pack ossis – salz?

It is recommended to take 1 to 2 capsules 3 times a day before the main meals, being able to increase the dose to 1 capsule every 10 minutes in acute cases, spacing according to improvement. For greater effectiveness, the capsule can be opened and the contents deposited in the sublingual epithelium.
