How to take Realvit vitaminized?

Take the content of one vial a day, preferably in the morning, alone or mixed with a little liquid (water, juice,…). Shake before taking.

Composition of Realvit vitaminized

Water, fructose, freeze-dried royal jelly* (3.7%), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), zinc lactate, preservative (potassium sorbate), niacin (nicotinamide), vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamin hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), vitamin K (phylloquinone), biotin (D-biotin), selenium (L-selenomethionine), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin). (*) Freeze-dried royal jelly is approximately 3 times more concentrated than fresh royal jelly.

Daily dose:

Each vial provides approximately 378 mg of lyophilized royal jelly (approximately equivalent to 1,134 mg of fresh royal jelly), 60 mg of vitamin C (75% NRV*), 18 mg of niacin (112% NRV*), 13.7 mg of vitamin K (18% NRV*), 8 mg of vitamin E (66% NRV*), 6 mg of pantothenic acid (100% NRV*), 2 mg vitamin B6 (142% NRV*), 1.4 mg thiamine (B1) (127% NRV*), 1.6 mg riboflavin (B2) (114% NRV*), 800 µg vitamin A (100% NRV*), 5 µg vitamin D (100% NRV*), 2.5 µg vitamin B12 (100% NRV*), 20 µg of selenium (100% NRV*), 7.5 mg of zinc (75% NRV*).(*)NRV: nutrient reference values.
