How to take Omega 3,6,9 Pack?

It is recommended to take 2 to 4 capsules a day, before meals and accompanied by a glass of liquid. It can be taken together or at different times of the day. The capsule can be opened for consumption. However, it will always be better for the gastric mucosa to take the entire capsule.
