How to take RelifVita with silica and magnesium?

• Children from 12 years old and adults: take 2 sticks 1 to 3 times a day, directly or diluted in water, between meals.
• In children under 12 years of age: we recommend consulting with the pediatrician.

Precautions

Supplementation should not exceed 6 weeks. If concomitant medication or other supplementation is taken, separate the intake of medication from RelifVita® by at least 2 hours. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of small children. Temperature changes may naturally change the texture of the product due to the particular characteristics of silica gel.
