Hifas-Intima by Hifas da Terra is a food supplement formulated mainly with Reishi, Lactobacillus probiotics, D-Mannose, Salvia lavandulaefolia and vitamins (A and C)* that contributes to the maintenance of mucous membranes in normal conditions and to the normal functioning of the immune system.

Contains at least 12 billion CFU of live lactic ferments per capsule at the source, specifically Lactobacillus rhamnosus, gasseri, crispatus and acidophillus.

* A proper balance of the immune system and vaginal microbiota helps prevent vaginal and/or urinary infections, as well as recurrent ones.

How to take Hyphae-intima (intimate flora)?

It is recommended to take 1-2 capsules daily before one of your main meals. Avoid taking them with medications and other fiber-based dietary supplements. Important : Separate the dose at least 2 hours before taking antibiotics.

• Recommended treatment duration: minimum 3 months. Your healthcare professional may prescribe a different duration based on your needs.
• Acute phase: In cases of imbalance or infection, take 2 capsules daily for at least 15 days. It is recommended to continue taking 1 capsule daily for 3 months to maintain and balance the vaginal flora.
• For maintenance of vaginal flora: 1 capsule/day for 3 months.

Organic Ganoderma lucidum carpophore powder, plant-based capsule (glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Salvia lavandulifolia leaf and stem dry extract, ursolic acid, D-Mannose, Inulin, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids), maltodextrin, Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14® (8 x 10 ⁹ CFU ); Vitamin C (as L-ascorbic acid), Lactobacillus crispatus (1 x 10 ⁹ CFU ), Lactobacillus gasseri (1 x 10 ⁹ CFU ), Lactobacillus rhamnosus HN001(2 x 10 ⁹ CFU ), Vitamin A (as Retinyl Acetate).

Per 1 capsule: Organic Ganoderma lucidum carpophore powder (200 mg), Salvia lavandulifolia dry leaf and stem extract (53.33 mg) of which Ursolic acid (8 mg), Vitamin C (12 mg), Vitamin A (121 mcg), Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14® 200B CFU/g (8 × 10 ⁹ cfu/g) (40 mg provides 8 billion CFU), Lactobacillus crispatus 100B freeze-dried powder (100 × 10 ⁹ CFU/g) (10 mg provides 1 billion CFU), Lactobacillus gasseri 100B freeze-dried powder (100 × 10 ⁹ CFU/g) (10 mg provides 1 billion CFU), Lactobacillus rhamnosus (HN001 ) KP-Howaru® Rhamnosus 450B1kg (4.5×1010 ¹¹ CFU/g) (4.44 mg provides 2 billion CFU).
