How to take Memory – neumentix® and vitamins b5, b6, and b12?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day accompanied by a glass of liquid. The capsule can be opened for ingestion. However, it will always be better for the gastric mucosa to take the whole capsule.

Composition of Memory – neumentix® and vitamins b5, b6, and b12

Neumentix® [dry extract of aerial parts of spearmint (Mentha spicata L.) 14.5% rosmarinic acid and 24% polyphenols], capsule [coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Spearmint Extract 450 mg, of which Polyphenols 108 mg, Rosmarinic Acid 65.25 mg, Pantothenic Acid 6 mg (100% NRV*), Vitamin B6 1.4 mg (100% NRV*), Vitamin B12 2.5 g (100% NRV*).
