Active ingredients:

• Sea buckthorn oil: rich in palmitoleic acid-7. Take 4 capsules a day for the first two months, together or split into two doses. From the third month, 2 capsules a day.

Per 1 capsule: Sea buckthorn oil 500 mg, Vitamin A (Beta Carotene) 0.50 mg, Dry extract of Citrus paradisi and Rosmarinus officinalis 50 mg, Polyphenols 17.5 mg, Vitamin D3 5ug.
