YAMAMOTO Nutrition BCAA 8:1:1 Powder is a dietary supplement providing 5 g of plant-fermented branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) per serving in an 8:1:1 ratio (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine). Each serving is enriched with vitamin B1, which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and vitamin B6, which contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism. Free from gluten, lactose, added sugar, preservatives, flavours and colours.

Ingredients

BCAA blend [L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine], vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).

Directions

Add 1½ scoops (5 g) to 150 ml of water or another beverage and take once daily before or immediately after training or competition. On rest days, the product may be taken at any time of day.
