It is formulated in soft capsules and contains Soy Lecithin (Non-GMO), providing a minimum content of 7% phosphatidylcholine, 5% phosphatidylinositol and 1.5% phosphatidic acid, in a base of Soy oil and lecithin.

How to take Soy Lecithin-Lecitmar?

It is recommended to take 1-3 capsules a day, preferably before meals.
