How to take Astragalo Extract – Shiitake – Siberian Ginseng?

Astragalus membranaceus, capsule wall (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Eleutherococcus senticosus, shiitake mushroom extract (Lentinula edodes), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).

Per 3 capsules: Astragalus root extract (Astragalus membranaceus radix), standardized to a minimum of 71% polysaccharides 900mg, Siberian ginseng root extract (Eleutherococcus senticosus radix), standardized to a minimum of 0.8% total eleutherosides 240mg, Shiitake mushroom extract (Lentinula edodes), standardized to a minimum of 15% polysaccharides 75mg.
