Properties and benefits of Noctivance

Fundamental to our health, sleep is regulated by an internal clock (dependent on the clocks of each individuals own brain) and by external synchronizers such as light or the alternation of day/night, which triggers the synthesis of melatonin for sleep, and social rhythms (the various daily and social activities: work, eating, family life, leisure, etc.).

The decrease and absence of light stimulates the synthesis of melatonin, which allows for falling asleep and resting throughout the night.

Sleep consists of 4 to 6 cycles of approximately 90 minutes, requiring 6 to 9 hours of sleep.

• Slow-wave sleep: brain activity slows down = drowsiness.
• Deep sleep: the brain is asleep = recovery.
• Paradoxical sleep: we are asleep but brain activity is intense, with dreams.

How to take Noctivance?

1 capsule daily, with a glass of water, 1 hour before bedtime, or under professional advice.

* Adapt according to the season, it should be taken at sunset. Avoid eating meat and meat products, eggs or cheese at dinner.
