St. John’s Wort or Hypericum perforatum is an excellent natural alternative in low mood conditions. Numerous bioactive constituents are found in the aerial parts of the plant, including hypericin. Additionally, this component is combined with:

• Himantalia elongata, a brown algae containing various nutritional compounds and bioactive substances with properties in different health areas, including the nervous system.
• Fish lysate, which provides amino acids and essential fatty acids along with vitamins and minerals, notably vitamin E and selenium.

How to take Tegor 18+ spirit?

Take 2 capsules daily at breakfast and/or dinner.
