Korean Ginseng is one of the most studied herbs, and has a long history of use as an adrenal adaptogen. In our formula there is 400 mg of Korean Ginseng root (as 40 mg extract), providing 8 mg of ginsenosides. We have also included 500 mg of Rhodiola Rosea, (as 125 mg extract). Ubiquinone is a vitamin-like substance found inside every cell of the human body and plays an important role in releasing energy. Weve included a total of 30 mg, which is an impressive amount for a multi-vitamin formula.

The amino acid taurine is present in a dose of 50 mg in our formula. Studies show that it inhibits the release of adrenaline, which is the hormone secreted by the adrenal glands under stress.

How to take Multi-Guard ADR?

It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day, preferably 1 with breakfast and 1 with lunch or dinner.
