Somnio® Flash 1.8 by Dietisa is a food supplement based on
melatonin and vitamin B6, with sugars and sweetener. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the effects of Jet lag (subjective sensation of jet lag).

Properties and benefits of Somnio Flash 1.8

This product contains Melatonin whose beneficial effect for Jet lag is obtained with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and a few days after arrival at the destination. Vitamin B6 collaborates in the normal functions of the nervous system.

How to take Somnio Flash 1.8?

It is recommended half an hour before going to sleep, allowing them to dissolve in the mouth. Take the first day of travel and repeat the shot during the 4 – 5 days following arrival.
