Aliness ALLHydrate Electrolytes is a dietary supplement in powder form. An electrolyte solution containing essential minerals such as potassium, calcium, sodium and magnesium. ALLHydrate is the first electrolyte product on the market to contain a natural source of sodium, which is rock salt from the Kłodawa mine (non-iodised).

Dissolve a portion of electrolytes (4.1 g = 1.5 scoops) in 1 L of lukewarm water.
