How to take Aquilea Box #Unmesdedefensa?

Take 1 Difesa capsule daily, with a glass of water, preferably on an empty stomach, in the morning or at night, before going to bed, for a period of at least 2 months.

Dispense Difesa Sanigel Pocket gel directly onto your hands and rub until it evaporates completely.
