How to take ArkoBiotics Adult Defenses?

It is recommended to do one of these two programs every month:

For use at specific times:

Intensive Monthly Program: Take 1 vial daily with breakfast for 2 weeks a month, leaving a week of rest between weeks.

For long-term use:

Monthly maintenance program: Take 1 vial daily with breakfast for 1 week per month.

Place the included “opening cap” over the unit-dose cap and press firmly with both thumbs. After two clicks, the contents of the unit-dose cap fall into the solution, creating a light dusting that ensures the bottles are sealed. Shake vigorously. Remove the “opening cap.”

As a precaution, before drinking, confirm that the foil is attached to the unit-dose cap.
