Arkobiotics® Royal Jelly and Defenses Adults is a dietary supplement based on freeze-dried royal jelly, probiotics (live lactic ferments) and vitamin D.

How to take Arkoreal royal jelly and defenses?

Oral route. Adults.

It is recommended to carry out the intensive monthly program or the monthly maintenance program every month.

• Intensive monthly program: Take 1 vial per day with breakfast for 2 weeks per month, leaving one week of rest between them.

• Monthly maintenance program: Take 1 vial per day with breakfast for 1 week per month.

Press the cap firmly with the help of your thumbs. After feeling 2 ‘clicks’, the contents of the cap fall into the solution. If you prefer, you can place the bottle on a flat surface and press the cap firmly with the palm of your hand. Shake vigorously and drink the contents of the single dose.
