How to take Articuactiv joints forte?

It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily with breakfast.

DC.), Harpagosides (2%); Dry extract of activated Turmeric rhizome (Curcuma longa L.), Curcumin (2.1%); Stabilizer: Hydroxypropylcellulose; Acidity regulator: Calcium hydrogen phosphate; Coating agent: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; Anti-caking agent: Silicon dioxide; Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose; Stabilizers: Polyethylene glycol, Magnesium salts of fatty acids, Hydroxypropylcellulose; Rice starch; Safflower concentrate and Lemon concentrate; Stabilizer: Fatty acids; Coloring agent: Carmine acid; Spirulina.
