What does Bacteri 17 Expert Resilience by Bonusan contain?

It contains 7 species of lactobacilli (lactic acid bacteria) and 5 species of bifidobacteria, as well as lactococci, pediococci, streptococci, and enterococci. All strains have been thoroughly scientifically researched. Bacteri 17 Expert Resilience also contains 8 billion bacteria guaranteed to last until the expiration date.

Bonusan’s Bacteri products do not contain any unnecessary additives or other vitamins or minerals. This ensures greater bacterial viability and controls the rehydration capacity of the bacterial strains present. The bacteria are produced and dried under controlled conditions. Drying ensures that the bacteria are preserved for longer, provided they are stored at room temperature, in a dry, protected environment (capsules or sachets). Bacteri products require an excipient to preserve their shelf life. In the case of Bacteri 17 Expert Resilience, we use maltodextrin, fructooligosaccharides (FOS), and inulin as excipients. FOS and inulin are fermentable dietary fibers.

How to take Bacteri 17 Expert Resilience?

Unless otherwise advised, it is recommended to mix the contents of the sachet daily with a glass of water, stir briefly, and drink. Preferably on an empty stomach before bedtime or half an hour before breakfast.

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. At the beginning of treatment with a prebiotic or with some compound of bacterial strains, gas formation and/or colic may occur. After some time (usually a week) the body adapts and these effects lessen or disappear. In case of discomfort it may be sensible to reduce the starting dose for the first two weeks to half the recommended dose. There may be incompatibilities with medications and health products. Consult a specialist for it. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
