How to take Bacteri 6 oral (ex Probio Oral)?

Unless otherwise advised, it is recommended to mix the contents of the sachet in a glass of water and stir briefly. For two weeks, rinse your mouth with the (stirred) mixture for about two minutes after each meal and swallow.

Precautions

When bacterial strains or fibers are first used, there is the possibility of gas or cramps. This harmless phenomenon means that the bacteria have reached the intestine alive and are beginning to ferment. After a while (usually a week), the body adapts and these symptoms diminish or disappear completely. In case of discomfort, it is advisable to reduce the initial dosage to half that recommended during the first two weeks.
