How to take Alternativ’aroma Organic Defenses (drops)?

• Maintenance program: 20 drops (1mL) to be diluted before a meal, in a glass of water, a spoonful of honey or a neutral support. One bottle = 15 days
• Attack program: 20 drops (1mL) to be diluted before each meal, in a glass of water, a spoonful of honey or a neutral support, 3 times a day. One bottle = 5 days
