Each capsule of Serydorm complete contains 4 tablets:

• Immediate release tablet 1 (white): contains Melatonin, GABA and Passionflower. Melatonin is the hormone that our brain naturally produces during the evening. It is stimulated by darkness and inhibited by light, controlling the circadian rhythm that regulates the sleep-wake cycles of our biological clock. In addition, melatonin intervenes in the initial stages of sleep. It is also indicated to relieve the symptoms of jet-lag or facilitate sleep for people with irregular schedules. GABA is a brain neurotransmitter that helps reduce neuronal activity.
• Immediate release tablets 2 and 3 (yellow): contain Passionflower and Valerian with sedative, calming and relaxing properties that help you fall asleep, thus reinforcing the action of Melatonin and GABA.
• Extended release tablet 4 (gray): with Melatonin, GABA and Passionflower. Once you fall asleep and thanks to the prolonged release of Melatonin, GABA and Passionflower for 8 hours, we ensure that the ingredients continue to act all night, avoiding nighttime awakenings.

How to take Serydorm® complete (sleep)?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day before going to bed.
