How to take Beneflor antacid chewable tablet?

Brown cane sugar, calcium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, Gutgard®: liquorice extract (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.root) titrated to 10% flavonoids, 3.5% glabridin and 0.5% glycyrrhizin, aloe vera (Aloe barbadensis Millerinner leaf gel) concentrate 200:1, mallow dry extract 4:1 (Malva sylvestris L.flower and leaves), marshmallow dry extract 4:1 (Althaea officinalis L.root), chamomile dry extract (Matricaria chamomilla L.flower) titrated to 0.3% apigenin, prickly pear dry extract (Opuntia ficus indica (L.) Mill.cladioli), olive dry extract (Olea europaea L.leaves) titrated to 4% polyphenols (expressed as luteolin 7-O-glucoside), magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), natural flavor.
