Marine chondroitin sulfate (90% chondroitin) (fish), D-glucosamine sulfate 2KCI (59.18% glucosamine) (crustacean), MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), vegetable capsule [coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)], dry extract of horsetail (Equisetum arvense L., 7% silica), dry extract of nettle (Urtica dioica L., 1% silica), dry extract of bamboo (Bambusa arundinacea (Retz.) Willd., 70% silica), zinc gluconate, sodium hyaluronate (95% hyaluronic acid), L-ascorbic acid, rice starch, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), calcium D-pantothenate and cholecalciferol.
