Lamberts Multi-guard® Iron Free is a multi-nutrient supplement, excluding iron and iodine. It is therefore also ideal for those with iron sensitivity, postmenopausal women and men over 50, who require less iron in their diet as they age, or those with thyroid problems.

It contains, among other things, vitamins C, E, A, D, B6, folic acid B12, selenium, zinc, and copper, all of which are important for natural defenses. The presence of vitamin B is crucial for energy metabolism.

How to take Multi-guard® iron free?

Adults take 1 tablet per day.
