These vegetarian capsules are made from plant cellulose, with a moisture content 3 times lower than typical gelatin-based tablets.

How to take Biome balance everyday (daily use)?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day with a glass of water preferably first thing in the morning when the pH of the stomach is higher (that is, not so acidic). Do not take within half an hour of having consumed food or hot drinks, heat damages the bacteria.
