How to take Artichoke?

It is recommended for Infusions: place the plant in a porcelain or heat-resistant glass bowl or cup and pour boiling water (150-250 ml), cover and stir occasionally if desired, strain after 5-10 minutes. An infusion will be prepared for the tender parts of the plants such as leaves, flowers, flowering tops, aerial parts, as well as for some roots that have been suitably crushed. For Decoction: put the plant in water and bring to a boil for about 5-10 minutes, let it sit until it cools a little and strain. A decoction is prepared for leathery plants or very hard plant parts such as roots, bark, stems and especially for those that contain tannins.
