How to take Ceylon Cinnamon Oil?

Apply 12 drops diluted in a vegetable oil (almond, jojoba, coconut or other suitable carrier) before use on the skin. For aromatic use, add 13 drops to a diffuser or ambient blend. Never apply pure directly to the skin.

Precautions

Allergens: Eugenol, benzyl benzoate, linalool. Always use the essential oil diluted to a maximum of 20% in a vegetable oil or other suitable vehicle. Cinnamon oil is caustic to the skin, can cause allergies and is irritating to the skin and mucous membranes. Therefore, it should never be used undiluted, but always diluted in a vegetable oil. • Eugenol: between 70 and 85%
• Cinnamyl acetate: between 3 and 8.5%
• Eugenyl acetate: between 1.3 and 10%
