Properties and benefits of FibroDAO

Diamine Oxidase (DAO) from fibroDAO complements the body’s own enzyme responsible for metabolizing histamine. Taking a fibroDAO capsule before each meal increases the amount of DAO in the small intestine and, therefore, the ability to break down histamine. This accelerates the digestive tract’s processing of the histamine present in food, which triggers symptoms.

Eficaps fibroDAO capsules contain gastro-resistant tablets with controlled-release DAO in the intestine that avoid the acidic pH of the stomach and tablets that guarantee the immediate release of adjuvant active ingredients.

How to take FibroDAO?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule with a little water 20 minutes before main meals (3 times a day). It should be swallowed whole. If you cannot swallow the capsule whole, you can open it and swallow the tablets inside separately. Swallow them whole without chewing, splitting, or breaking them.

Precautions

FibroDAO is not suitable for consumption as a sole source of nutrition. Use only under the supervision of a physician, who will recommend the dosage based on your symptoms.

Storage conditions

Composition of FibroDAO

Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose and hydroxypropylcellulose; magnesium oxide (magnesium); potato starch; glazing agents: ethylcellulose and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; pork kidney protein extract with 7% diamine oxidase (DAO), rice starch; stabilizers: magnesium salts of fatty acids, sodium alginate and stearic acid; medium-chain triglycerides and oleic acid; glazing agent: dicalcium phosphate; apple, blackcurrant and radish concentrate, spirulina and apple. Vegetable capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Protein extract of pork kidneys (4.2 mg), DiAminoOxidase (0.3 mg).
