How to take Roha-Max Turmeric & Anise?

Take as an infusion or chewed, on average to a teaspoon of coffee, before going to bed.

Recommended daily minimum doses: 170mg of senna, 197mg of turmeric, 197mg of anise.

Maximum daily recommended doses: 365 mg senna, 424 mg turmeric, 424 mg anise.
