Brudy Lactancia by Brudy Lab is a product to take care of the nutritional needs of women during breastfeeding. Based on omega-3 fatty acids in the form of triglycerides (DHA 70%, EPA 8.5%, DPA 6%), vitamins (A, C, D, E, Group B) and minerals (Zn, Se, Cu, Mn, Mg, I, Ca, Fe). Brudy has developed and patented a unique and exclusive source of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA): Tridocosahexaenoine-AOX®. DHA is an omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid that intervenes in normal brain and visual function.

Vitamin A, zinc, and vitamin B2 protect vision; vitamin C strengthens blood vessels and the nervous system, along with iodine, copper, and magnesium.

Vitamins C, B6, B9 and B12 reduce tiredness and fatigue, while the other minerals in this formula contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system.

Vitamin D helps with the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus, and helps maintain healthy bones and teeth.

How to take Brudy Lactation?

It is recommended to take 1 to 2 capsules daily with a glass of water during meals.
