Properties and benefits of Calmyzen® complete (nervous system)

Each Calmyzen® Complete capsule contains 4 tablets:

• Immediate release tablet 1 (pink): contains Saffron extract, which is obtained from the pure stigmas of the Crocus sativus L. plant and whose main compounds, crocin and safranal, are considered to be involved in mood. It also contains Thiamin, which contributes to normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the nervous system.
• Gastro-resistant tablets 2 and 3 (white): contain Magnesium that helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, in addition to maintaining the correct functioning of the nervous system. They are released in a delayed manner in the intestine, avoiding the acidic pH of the stomach, to guarantee better absorption.
• Extended-release tablet 4 (gray): contains Vitamin B6 that helps maintain the proper functioning of the nervous system.

How to take Calmyzen® complete (nervous system)?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day with a meal, preferably in the morning. If necessary, the dose can be increased to 2 capsules daily.
