Adat is useful in the days leading up to and following intense muscle overload to prevent lactic acid buildup, promote recovery, muscle relaxation, and increase antioxidant activity with effective stabilization of the cell membrane and hepatocytes.

How to take Adat?

It is recommended to take 2 to 5 capsules a day, preferably before main meals.
