How to take Glucomannan Plus?

We recommend taking 2 capsules half an hour before breakfast to be swallowed with 2 glasses of water; 2 cps half an hour before lunch to be swallowed with 2 glasses of water; 2 cps half an hour before dinner to be swallowed with 2 glasses of water. The beneficial effect is obtained with the daily intake of 3 gr of Glucomannan in three doses of 1 gr each, with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of a low-calorie diet.
