It is recommended to take daily for 4 weeks as follows:

• During the 1st week: Take 1 teaspoon of dessert (5 ml), in the morning, diluted.
• During the 2nd week: Take 1 teaspoon of dessert (5 ml) 2 times a day, morning and night, diluted.
• During the 3rd week: Take 1 tablespoon (10 ml) 2 times a day, morning and night, diluted.
• During the 4th week: Take 1 tablespoon (10 ml) 3 times a day, before each meal, diluted.

Shake the bottle before serving. Do not mix with hot drinks.

Storage conditions

Store in a fresh and dry place. Once the bottle is opened, store in the fridge for a maximum of 3 months.
