How to take Chinese Cinnamon Essential Oil?

It is recommended to take 1 drop on a neutral support twice a day. Maximum recommended daily dose of oil: 2 drops – 100 mg.

Do not use for more than 7 days.

Directions for use:

• Aphrodisiac oil:

Cinnamon essential oil – 0.2 ml + Bergamot mint essential oil – 2 ml + Ylang ylang essential oil – 1 ml in 100 ml of Apricot kernel AV.

It is recommended to apply 8 drops of this mixture to the lower back twice a day for 2 weeks and/or 4 drops in a little honey in the mouth twice a day.

• Disinfectant in the bathrooms:

It is recommended to use 3 drops of Chinese Cinnamon essential oil + 4 drops of Ho wood essential oil + 3 drops of Madagascar Citronella essential oil in cleaning products.
