Citrameder B6 from Méderi is a food supplement based on magnesium and vitamin B6.

Properties and benefits of Citrameder B6

Citrameder B6 Plus contains easily absorbed organic magnesium citrate. It also includes pyridoxal phosphate, the metabolically active form of vitamin B6, in its formulation. The combination of both nutrients is essential for maintaining good health.

Magnesium helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, normal protein synthesis and cell division processes; contributes to the normal functioning of muscles, the nervous system, energy metabolism, electrolyte balance, maintaining good psychological function and maintaining bones and teeth in normal condition.

Vitamin B6 helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, regulate hormonal activity and the normal formation of red blood cells. It contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system, the nervous system and normal psychological function, to normal energy metabolism, to the metabolism of proteins, glycogen, homocysteine and also cysteine.

How to take Citrameder B6?

Take two (2) tablets a day, with half a glass of water (125 mL) and preferably outside of meals or as recommended by a professional.

Per 2 tablets: Magnesium citrate, bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate), coating: AquaPolish® F clear 099.28 MS (coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, anti-caking agents: microcrystalline cellulose and stearic acid), anti-caking agents (AEROSIL® 200 F (silicon dioxide) and magnesium stearate) and pyridoxal 5′-phosphate (vitamin B6).
