How to take Complex Total syrup?

• Adults: one tablespoon (10 ml), 3 times a day.
• Children from 6 to 12 years: one tablespoon (10 ml), 2 times a day.

Preferably take separate from meals. It can be taken directly or diluted in a glass with water or another liquid. Shake the bottle before each dose. One tablespoon: 10 ml.
