How to take cPNI – 5U Bacteri 6 Oral?

It is recommended to mix the contents of the sachet in a glass of water and stir briefly. For two weeks, rinse your mouth with the (pre-stirred) mixture for about two minutes after each meal and swallow. Keep the mixture out of the refrigerator.

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. When you first start using bacterial strains or fibers, you may experience gas or cramps. This harmless phenomenon means the bacteria have reached the intestine alive and are beginning to ferment. After a while (usually a week), the body adapts, and these symptoms diminish or disappear completely. If discomfort persists, it is advisable to reduce the initial dosage to half of the recommended dose for the first two weeks. Keep out of reach of children.
