How to take Cumanda Extract (antifungal)?

It is recommended to add 1 to 30 drops to 120 ml (4 oz) of water and wait one minute before drinking. Start with 1 drop (30 minutes before meals) and gradually increase to 30 drops, 2 to 4 times daily, or as directed by your physician.

Shake well before use. Using the dropper, add the drops to a 113 ml (4 oz) glass of water, not distilled or reverse osmosis. Do not place the drops in hot water. Let the drops sit in the water for at least one minute before drinking.
