How to take Curcuma complex pro?

Take one capsule twice a day during or immediately after meals. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. If you have difficulty swallowing, the capsule can be opened.

If you are taking any medication, use the product only under medical supervision. The maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not use if consuming other products with green tea on the same day. Not suitable for children under 18 years. Do not use during pregnancy (or desire to become pregnant) or breastfeeding. Do not take on an empty stomach. Do not use in case of biliary tract disorders. Do not take simultaneously with cardiovascular medications (such as nadolol). Allow at least 1-2 hours between taking the medication and green tea.

Per 2 capsules: Turmeric root extract (Curcuma longa rhizome, Curcuwin Ultra+) standardized to a minimum of 20% curcuminoids (500 mg), Green Tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis folia) standardized to a minimum of 50% polyphenols, a minimum of 20% catechins, and a minimum of 7% EGCG (epigallocatechin-3-gallate) (200 mg), Transresveratrol (Veri-te) (40 mg), Grape seed extract (Vitis vinifera semen) standardized to a minimum of 95% OPC (40 mg).
