How to take Digestive Enzymes Pack?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule one to four times a day with food. Swallow the capsule whole; do not chew.

Before taking Sura Vitasan Digestive Enzymes it is important to keep in mind the following contraindications:

• If you are undergoing treatment or taking other products containing enzymes, it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional first.
