Red clover, black cohosh, and hops help women cope with menopause discomforts: hot flashes, sweating, restlessness, and irritability. Hops also contribute to normal relaxation. The lignans from flaxseed contribute to women’s well-being during menopause. Sage and vitamin B6 help regulate hormonal activity.

How to take Pause Cycle Physical Balance?

It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day. It can be taken in the morning before breakfast or mid-afternoon.

Red clover dry extract (Trifolium pratense L., Flowering tops) titrated to 8% in isoflavones, Sage powder (Salvia officinalis L., Leaves), Flax dry extract (Linum usitatissimum L., Seeds) titrated to 20% in lignans, Lifenol: patented hop dry extract (Humulus lupulus L., Flowers) titrated to 0.15% in 8-prenylnaringenin, Black cohosh dry extract (Cimicifuga racemosa Nutt., Root and rhizome) titrated to 2.5% in triterpenes, Vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide).
