What is Melatonin?

Naturitas Melatonin is a food supplement based on melatonin and vitamin B6.

Melatonin helps to fall asleep, its beneficial effect is obtained with an intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to sleep. Relieves the feeling of jet lag, its beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg to be taken shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and a few days after arrival at the destination.
